The Persuasion and Influence Skills course aims to teach participants how to use persuasion and influence effectively and appropriately within different communication contexts. The course covers topics such as understanding models of influence and persuasion, analyzing audiences and identifying their needs and desires, using verbal and non-verbal language to enhance communication, strategic thinking and situational analysis, and applying these skills across various scenarios. It also explores the use of technology and social media in persuasion, as well as developing effective presentation and proposal skills.
Participants will learn to fully leverage their abilities and ideas to benefit from diverse opportunities in society. This is achieved through exposure to numerous persuasion processes, ranging from simple daily interactions to complex, organized events in education, advertising, and training.
