With over 17 years of experience in capacity development, I have worked on a wide range of projects, including highly technical initiatives in niche areas and large-scale capacity development programs benefiting over 15,000 individuals. My extensive expertise lies in program design, with a particular focus on training-for-employment initiatives. Additionally, I have over 14 years of experience in career development. Currently, I serve as a Training and Talent Building program lead and the Project Manager for the L2GO project, part of the Human Capital Development Programs at ITIDA. Previously, I managed The National Competency Framework (ICT-NCF) project, where I contributed to its successful implementation.
