They then study the purpose and structure of the Scrum Body of Knowledge (SBOK) Guide and learn how to use it as a practical reference.
The middle of the course covers the Scrum framework: the six principles, the five aspects, and the five process phases. It also compares Scrum with traditional project management. The final module focuses on the core principles in practice: empirical process control, self-organization, collaboration, value-based prioritization, time-boxing, and iterative development.
